Betty B's Hot Pepper Wings

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 stem Thyme
- 1 stalk green onion
- 2 1/2 tbls Kala curry powder
- 2 tbsp oil (any kind)
- Pinch of salt - to taste
- Pinch of Black pepper - to taste
- 1 tsp (or to taste) Betty B's Hot Pepper Sauce

Preperation
- Wash chicken wings and cut in half.
- Dice onion (small)
- Mash garlic
- Wash thym
- Cut green onion (small)
- Add salt to taste
- Add black pepper to taste
- Add Betty B's Hot Pepper Sauce (to taste)
- Mix together in a bowl.
- Mix Kala curry powder in a bowl with 1/2 cup of water.

Cooking
- Add oil to a pot on med heat.
- Add curry and let fry till the water burns out stir so the curry won't burn.
- Once the water burns out add the chicken and stir, cover and let cook for 30 min.
- Keep an eye on the pot if the water burns out add 1/2 cup of water to avoid burning.
- Taste and ajust the salt and Betty B's Hot Pepper Sauce to your taste.
- Always check the chicken to make sure it is cooked. stoves will vary in heat.

Betty B's Chutney
|
- 4 tbsp Betty B's Seasoning
- 1-2 tsp Betty B's Mild Pepper Sauce
(Lots of flavor/little bit of Heat)
Or
- 1-2 tsp Betty B's Hot Pepper Sauce
(Lots of flavor/a lot more Heat)
Or
- 1-2 tsp Betty B's Rel-Hot Pepper Sauce
(Lots of flavor/Real Heat)
Just depends on how Hot you like it!!!

Caribbean Salsa
|
- 1 cup Almost Ripe Mango
- 1 cup Almost Ripe Papaya
- 1 cup Almost Ripe Orange
- 1 cup Almost Ripe Pineapple
- Cut into 1 x 1 inch pieces.
- Add 1 tbsp Betty B's Seasoning
- Add 2 tsp Betty B's Hot Pepper Sauce
- Mix and let sit at room temperature
for about 30 min.
(This is great for a summer get together)

Roast Pork
|
Take a 1lb pork roast & marinate in the fridge for 4-24 hrs with:
- 2 tbsp Betty B's Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp Betty B's Mild Pepper Sauce.
Or
- 1/2 tbsp Betty B's Hot Pepper Sauce.
Or
- 1/2 tbsp Betty B's Rel-Hot Pepper Sauce.
Just depends on how Hot you like it!!!
- Add salt to taste.
This roast pairs really nice with a sweet sauce.

Try mixing 4 tbsp of your favorite sauce e.g.
- Mustard
- BBQ Sauce
- Relish
- Mayonnaise
- Pizza Sauce
- Teriyaki Sauce
With ½ tbsp of any one of Betty B's pepper sauces.
Use as marinades, dips, spreads ect.

- Add Betty B's to any dipping suace to give it that Trinindad kick.
- Betty B's hot pepper sauce great for anything BBQed and fried chicken.
- Use to marinate any kind of meats.
- Great on sandwiches.
